Mr. Pankaj Patel, a 2008 Engineering Graduate, has wide industry experience. He started his journey with HPCL as an officer trainee in the commissioning of the plant that produces BHARAT STAGE-6 an environmentally friendly fuel. Here he became quite aware of the challenges our environment faces. In 2014 as a senior engineer, he left HPCL to become an education consultant. He trained students for the NTSE-National Talent Search Examination. While taking classes of students on environment he felt he needed to do something for the environment. He took Beekeeping training from Central Bee Research and Training Institute, Pune, and started doing his bit for the environment by starting beekeeping with his team at Bijoli, near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He loves to connect the academic world with practical hands-on experience in wide industries and shares this with his students, colleagues, etc. His mission is- “Learn, Unlearn, and relearn.” At present, he is heading and mentoring a team that handles beekeeping.

Mr. Toshan Kumar, an IIT Post Graduate, has enthusiasm for promoting sustainable development practices.Under this he took Beekeeping training from Central Bee Research and Training Institute, Pune, and he connects with bee keepers to train them on scientific bee keeping practices.At present he is deploying IOT-Internet of things to manage bee boxes. He connects with Indigenous TRIBAL people to learn their local practices which are running from ages and are well integrated with environment. He started doing his bit for the environment by starting beekeeping with his team at Bijoli, near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Mrs. Neelu Dhaker, a 2010 Commerce graduate, has wide experience in the hospitality sector. She started her journey with Adityaz Hotel, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, as an accountant trainee. She joined the Prabha International Hotel, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, in 2014 as a junior accountant and was promoted to senior accountant in 2018. She worked with the Prabha International Hotel till 2020. In 2021 she joined TGI insignia Hotel, Bhopal, it is here she came across beekeeping as her uncle is in this field. She loves being close to nature and beekeeping provides her with that opportunity. She loves to cook- honey chilly potato, a must-try dish made by her!!
Neelu Dhaker
Director and Accountant(Head)
Mr. Narendra Dhakar is a 2015 commerce graduate from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He started his journey as a pre-sales Representative with SMV Beverages (Pepsi) in 2015. He became Village Head (Sarpanch) of Bhondiya, district Raisen, Madhya Pradesh in 2018. Here he became quite aware of services provided by the government to citizens by various schemes. He loves helping people. He was village head till 2022. In 2021 he started a venture– a food restaurant near his place (Bhondiya). After making it run successfully, he handed over it to his brother. In 2023 he joined My Ginee Wishing Hub Private Ltd as a Sales Manager. He did Beekeeping Training from Central Bee Research and Training Institute, Pune in November 2023. He has been with Shrupaneel Environment Services (SES) as Operations-Head from 2024.
Narendra Dhakar

Ms. Shurti Dhakad completed her master’s in social work (MSW)-degree in 2019 from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She started working with the Piramal Foundation in 2019. She worked in the field coordinating activities related to improving the health and social sector with various stakeholders government agencies, state government agencies, and local NGOs. It was here she came across how beekeeping has the potential of helping marginalized people. So, she decided to take this opportunity to help beekeepers. At present, she is the Head- Co-Ordinator in Shrupaneel Environment Services (SES).
